Quantity Restrictions

SK Cookware reserves the right, at its discretion, to limit the quantity of products that may be purchased by a customer, household or per order. Quantity restrictions may apply to multiple orders placed using the same customer account, payment method, billing address or shipping address.

If an order exceeds applicable quantity limits, SK Cookware may contact the customer for verification or may cancel part or all of the order. Customers will be notified when such restrictions are applied.

Large Quantity Orders

Orders containing unusually large quantities of products may require additional verification. This verification helps protect customers and SK Cookware against unauthorized, fraudulent or unusual transactions and confirms that the order has been intentionally placed.

Cash on Delivery Order Limits

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to the following limits:

• A maximum of 5 COD orders per day.
• A maximum of 25 COD orders per month.

These limits may be applied to help maintain a secure and reliable delivery and order-confirmation process.

Prepaid Orders

There is no stated daily or monthly order-count restriction for prepaid orders. However, SK Cookware may still apply reasonable verification or quantity restrictions where necessary for security, stock availability or order processing.

Product Appearance and Exactness

SK Cookware makes reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, designs and product information accurately on the website. However, slight variations may occur between the product displayed online and the physical product received by the customer.

Differences may result from photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing batches, product finishes or design updates. Therefore, SK Cookware does not guarantee that the finish, color, appearance or visual details of every product will exactly match the images shown online.

Product Pricing and Information

SK Cookware makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, availability and pricing information. However, occasional typographical, technical, pricing or product information errors may occur.

Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. The final price applicable to an order will be confirmed during the order processing and verification process.

Pricing Errors

If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to a technical, typographical or other error, SK Cookware reserves the right to correct the price and take appropriate action regarding the order.

If the correct price is lower than the displayed price, SK Cookware may process the order at the lower applicable price.

If the correct price is higher than the displayed price, SK Cookware may contact the customer for instructions or cancel the order and notify the customer of the cancellation.

If an order has already been dispatched, different procedures may apply depending on the circumstances and applicable return or refund terms.

Online and Offline Prices

Prices displayed on the SK Cookware website may differ from prices offered through physical stores, exhibitions, distributors, retailers or other sales channels. Online prices, promotional offers and product availability may vary by channel and location.

GST and Applicable Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes and GST are reflected in product pricing or calculated during the checkout or order-processing process, where applicable.

Promotional or reduced prices displayed on the website are subject to the applicable tax treatment and terms of the relevant offer.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation by SK Cookware

Placing an order through the SK Cookware website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order may be subject to confirmation, verification, stock availability and other applicable order-processing requirements.

SK Cookware reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary. Reasons may include:

• Product quantity limitations.
• Incorrect or inaccurate product information.
• Pricing or typographical errors.
• Product or inventory unavailability.
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.
• Incomplete or unsuccessful order verification.
• Incorrect customer, billing or shipping information.

If additional information or verification is required before an order can be processed, SK Cookware may contact the customer using the contact details provided with the order.

Fraudulent and Suspicious Orders

SK Cookware takes reasonable measures to maintain a safe and secure online shopping environment. Orders may be reviewed for unusual, suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity.

If SK Cookware identifies activity that reasonably indicates fraud, unauthorized use, abuse of promotional offers or other suspicious behavior, we may cancel pending orders and restrict future orders where appropriate.

SK Cookware may also request additional verification or information before processing an order.

Cancellation by the Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been processed or dispatched. Because orders may be sent for processing shortly after confirmation, SK Cookware cannot guarantee that every cancellation request can be accommodated.

To request cancellation, customers should contact SK Cookware as soon as possible using the available customer support channels.

Orders Already Processed or Dispatched

Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return, exchange or refund procedure.

Any approved refund or return will be subject to the conditions and timelines described in the SK Cookware Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable return terms.

Payments and Order Verification

SK Cookware may offer different payment methods depending on the customer's location, order type and availability of payment services. Payment information must be accurate and provided by the authorized account holder or customer.

For Cash on Delivery orders, SK Cookware may contact the customer to confirm the order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be successfully verified may be delayed or cancelled.

For prepaid orders, the order may be processed after successful payment confirmation. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues, pricing errors or other applicable reasons, any eligible refundable payment will be processed according to the applicable refund terms.

Product Availability

Product availability displayed on the SK Cookware website may change without notice. Products may become unavailable due to stock levels, manufacturing schedules, demand or other operational circumstances.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, SK Cookware may contact the customer regarding available alternatives or cancel the affected item and process any eligible refund.
