The role of a Warehouse or Store Incharge is a critical part of any business. They are responsible for the efficient and cost-effective management of a warehouse or store, ensuring the correct volume and quality of goods are received and dispatched in a timely manner. They must oversee the ordering, stocking, and replenishment of inventory, as well as supervise the loading and unloading of goods. In addition, they must also ensure all safety protocols are followed and the workplace is kept clean and orderly.
Key responsibilities of a Warehouse or Store Incharge include:

Overseeing the receiving and stocking of goods, and monitoring stock levels to ensure supply meets demand.

Supervising the loading and unloading of goods, and monitoring the transportation of goods to ensure they reach their destination safely and efficiently.

Liaising with suppliers, and conducting regular quality checks to ensure all goods meet the required standards.
